Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped out from our warehouse facility.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout. We work closely with top local delivery carriers to offer reliable door-to-door delivery across all major governorates:

• Greater Cairo & Giza: 24 – 48 hours
• Alexandria & Delta Region: 2 – 3 business days
• Canal Governorates & Upper Egypt: 3 – 5 business days

Checking Your Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification that includes a tracking link or contact details for the assigned shipping representative. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking update logs to activate.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged or missing pieces, notify the courier immediately or email us as soon as possible with your order confirmation number and clear pictures of the item's condition so we can evaluate and correct the issue promptly.
